Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our Brand, business, and growth objectives.
– Create and maintain a monthly and Weekly content calendar across relevant Digital platforms
– Create high-quality and engaging Content for social media, websites, campaigns, blogs, news letter, and other Digital platforms.
– Manage our social media platforms and ensure consistent Brand presence and communication.
– Grow our social media following and increase engagement and brand awareness.
– Plan and manage content calendar in line with marketing campaigns and product launches.
– Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Growth teams to create campaign assets.
– Track, analyze, and report on content performance and social media metrics.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital media or related field.
– 2-4 years proven experience as a Content Creation, Social Media Management, Digital marketing, preferably in Fintech, Financial services, Investment, wealth management or any related industry
– Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and video editing skills.
– Proficient in content creation tools – Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
– Strong understanding of social media analytics and growth tactics.
– Creative, proactive, and highly organized with an eye for detail.
– Basic knowledge of ethical finance / investment is an added advantage.
