Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 / month

About the Role
HOP Mobile Transport Limited is a technology-driven mobility platform connecting passengers, businesses, and delivery services across urban centers. We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Officer to develop multi-channel strategies, plan campaigns, create engaging content, and drive online visibility and lead acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support business growth and customer acquisition.
• Create original content including captions, promotional copy, email campaigns, graphics briefs, and short-form video concepts.
• Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality media assets.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, monitoring budget spend and key performance metrics.
• Track performance analytics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions) and conduct market/competitor research to refine strategy.

Requirements & Qualifications

• First Degree (BA/BSc/HND) with 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Demonstrated experience managing corporate social media accounts and running online ad campaigns.
• Solid background in content creation, campaign planning, and digital analytics tools.
• Candidates living on or within close proximity to Lagos Island are strongly preferred.
