Responsibilities
- Check all the well heads on receipt from various manufacturers.
- Store them in proper condition. Allocate well heads as per rig / well.
- Periodic maintenance of the well heads and valves at warehouses.
- Assist rig crew in installation of the well heads.
- Plan for the required spares.
- Runing and landing of casing hangers in unitized well heads, installation of seal assemblies.
- Trouble shoot problem if any.
- RU lubricator and install / retrieve BPV / TWCV. Repair damaged valves, Service, and repair retrieved well heads and equipment.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in maintenance and installation of various well heads of reputed companies.
- Experience in installation of subsea well heads / Mud line suspension systems.
